NewBase has an experienced sales team of client-facing Relationship Managers and Internal Sales Support staff. Each client has a dedicated resource to assist with any enquiries or support issues.  The sales support team assist the Relationship Managers to deal with client requests and enquiries, and work closely with our suppliers to ensure prompt processing and delivery for our clients.
 
All of our sales resources are highly experienced and knowledgeable in many vendor technologies, distribution pricing schedules and procurement processes to ensure prompt and informed delivery of any requests. Our in-house systems provide the ability to produce clear and accurate quotes and reports, which assist us in providing the best service to our clients.
 
NewBase’s Relationship Managers are professional IT consultants with, on average, 15 years experience in the IT industry.  Their brief is to listen to our clients and understand their issues and their vision for their organisation’s future.  From there they will work closely with all levels of the organisation to develop and implement an IT strategy to ensure their needs are fully met.
