All NewBase engineers are permanent employees of NewBase, with many years of hands on experience in the field – we do not engage contractors to fill projects or fly in resources from other states – all of our staff are based locally.  They are constantly exposed to new technologies and are challenged to understand and be skilled in deploying real world solutions.
 
Knowledge is shared amongst members of the team to ensure our skills are constantly being developed and improved.  NewBase’s approach is to bring together the most suitable resources from within our team to work on a project, with a Technical Project Manager overseeing the team and ensuring that the required outcomes are achieved.
 
Our team are constantly testing new technologies before they are implemented, and ensuring that important issues such as security of the technology are understood, and solutions developed for any shortcomings or risks that the technology may have. This means our customers are always provided with forward thinking solutions, not just out of the box deployments.
