Recently we had to resolve an issue for a customer where a software agent had been issued for use only with Novell NetWare, even though the customer was a Windows network.  This software in the past had been for Windows or Novell, but the vendor had split its licensing to have purely Windows and purely Novell, and somehow the customer was incorrectly identified as being a Novell site, so the licenses would not work.  NewBase had to battle through a number of vendor personnel to get the right licenses issued, which eventually we did.
