Typically our Managed Services arrangements can be categorised as follows:
 
Outsourcing:  NewBase provides all IT services in respect to your IT infrastructure; for example, where you choose not to employ your own fulltime IT personnel.
 
Co-Sourcing:  Your IT personnel and our own share the workload. You may take advantage of our service administration capability and tools for incident management and systems monitoring.
 
Assisted In-Sourcing:  NewBase takes responsibility for a particular subset of your IT infrastructure or level of support that may require specialist skills that you don’t possess, or choose not to acquire.
