Service Operations Manager
With over 20 years Managed Service Provider experience, Lesley plays a vital role in service delivery, project delivery and contract management. As Service Operations Manager, Lesley is responsible for managing our team of Service Administrators and has shaped our systems and procedures to not only adhere to ISO standards but to optimally service the growing needs of our client base. Serving as Project Executive, Lesley is a senior member of our Project Board who oversee projects to ultimately ensure they remain on track, on time and on budget ensuring successful outcomes for all Stakeholders. Lesley is also a member of our Executive Engineering Team who is responsible for steering the future of engineering prospects.
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew is an accomplished and versatile IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in the computing industry with a strong technical, operational and project background which are complemented by industry standard certifications. Working for NewBase for over 6 years now, Andrew has worked with a vast array of IT products and infrastructures making his technical skills extremely varied. He is also responsible for the full sales lifecycle with the company’s customers. Andrew is passionate about continually improving internal process and adopting new technology to ensure NewBase consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Chief Technical Officer
With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, the last 12 of those being with NewBase Computer Services Graham is an experienced and dedicated IT expert. First joining NewBase as a Systems Engineer in 2006, Graham has moved through the company to expand his knowledge to settle where he is today. Graham’s diversified experience within the Industry, as well as dedication to various roles, have coupled his certifications and given him a solid standing within the industry.
Business Development Manager
With over 20 years of experience in client relations at NewBase, Rob has been developing the business across the industries while continuously adjusting to changing economies and work environments in sales, marketing and client account management. Rob’s expertise is meeting with clients, understanding their individual life stories and the pressures of business. He is accomplished in profiling prospective clients and matching company services while building strong relationships at NewBase.
Working within the IT industry for over 45 years, Ron’s key focus within NewBase lies in the areas of the Marketing and Communications, Quality Assurance and Vendor relationships of the business. As NewBase’s Quality Manager, Ron is constantly involved in maintaining as well as improving NewBase’s ISO standards and registrations. Working for NewBase for over 18 years, Ron enjoys engaging with our clients at all levels in the pursuit of delivering top-shelf, business solutions incorporating NewBase’s diverse skills set.
With almost 30 years of experience within the IT field, Stuart has been working and developing with NewBase for almost 10 of those years. Stuart works to improve business relationships with partner firms and clients. He is critical to ensuring IT alignment with the business, acting as liaison and bridging communication as well as understanding between the business and IT. Stuart ensures that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and helps directs IT strategy in support of the overall business goals.
Russell studied Business Computing at a tertiary level and since then his career has included both technical and non-technical roles in various industries nationally and globally, always in a team-based customer service concentrated role.
With 16 years of service at NewBase, Russell is an established team member whose roles at NewBase have included Service and Sales Support, Systems Engineer and Technical Account Manager.
Now, as Service Manager, Russell works with the NewBase Assist team committed to providing the best quality service to our customers. His responsibilities include overseeing Incident and Request Managements as well as working to improve and streamline NewBase’s services and capabilities following ISO standards
David is a result driven solutions architect with extensive experience in design, implementation and testing of IT solutions. Working for NewBase for over 20 years, David is an experienced individual and capable of translating business requirements into technical business solutions, utilising analysis and problem solving skills. He is committed to helping organisations achieve maximum benefits from IT investment, through research, architecting, development, meticulous testing and implementation of technologies.
