Russell studied Business Computing at a tertiary level and since then his career has included both technical and non-technical roles in various industries nationally and globally, always in a team-based customer service concentrated role.
With 16 years of service at NewBase, Russell is an established team member whose roles at NewBase have included Service and Sales Support, Systems Engineer and Technical Account Manager.
Now, as Service Manager, Russell works with the NewBase Assist team committed to providing the best quality service to our customers. His responsibilities include overseeing Incident and Request Managements as well as working to improve and streamline NewBase’s services and capabilities following ISO standards
